On the sign-up page, enter your name, email and a password — or continue with Google or Apple. New accounts can try the Pro plan free for 3 days, no credit card needed.

With your email and password, your Google account or your Apple account. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to set a new one.

Email support@linya.ai from your account email asking us to delete your account and all your data; we process the request within 7 days. If you already use the mobile app (currently in testing), you can also delete your account in Settings → Delete account: your subscription is cancelled straight away, and you have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again — after that, deletion is permanent.

The allowance counts the words the AI writes for you — what you type in the editor does not count — and renews every month.

One-time purchases, with no subscription, of 100,000, 300,000 or 500,000 extra words. Purchased words never expire and are used before your plan’s monthly allowance. You buy them on the Usage page inside Linya. They are not shown on the Author plan, which has no monthly word limit.

Yes. In Brazil, plans and word packages are priced in reais (R$). The Portuguese pricing page shows prices in reais.

Go to linya.ai/billing while signed in. You will be taken to Stripe’s payment portal, where you can change plans, update your card, see invoices or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. There are no partial refunds for unused time; refund requests made within 14 days of payment are reviewed case by case, as described in the Terms of Service.

It checks whether a chapter contradicts something you have already established in the book — a character’s eye color, a town’s name, the order of events — and shows the passage, how serious it is and a suggested fix. Checks run when you ask for them. If you edit an earlier chapter, Linya tells you which later chapters are worth checking again. Available on the Author plan.

You add characters (role, traits, motivations, backstory, relationships) and world elements (places, factions, magic systems, cultures and more). When you ask for help, the AI looks only at what is relevant to that passage instead of loading everything at once.

A critical read of your whole book across five dimensions: pacing, character arcs, plot structure, emotional beats and dialogue. You get an overall rating and notes for each dimension. Available on the Pro and Author plans, with a monthly limit on analyses; turn it on in Settings before your first use.

A conversation space for thinking through your book: you pick a book as context, talk it through with Linya, save promising ideas and can turn a saved idea into a character.

In the mobile app, you can dictate instead of typing. Transcription happens in the cloud: your audio is sent to our servers, turned into text and sent back to you. That is why dictation needs an internet connection.

With the Export button in the editor, you can download your book as EPUB (the e-book format) or PDF. Export is available on the Pro and Author plans — including during the free trial.

Sending books straight to stores is in a closed beta, for Author accounts approved one by one. In the meantime, export your book as EPUB and use the file on the publishing platform of your choice.

We are building a companion app for your phone, made for writing anywhere: talking to Linya, dictating and continuing your chapters. It is in testing and not yet available in the app stores.

Talk to Linya about each book, dictate by voice, edit chapters and look up characters, world, knowledge base and timeline. Heavier features — such as Story Genius and batch generation — stay on the website.

No. The app uses the same account as the website, with the same books. Subscriptions and payments are handled on linya.ai.

You do. You keep full ownership of everything you create, upload or generate in Linya — manuscripts, characters, worlds and all your creative work. Linya does not claim ownership of your content; the Terms of Service describe the limited license we need to store and process your text and run the service.

No. We do not use your creative content to train AI models. The AI providers that process your requests handle the data only to return a response and, under their terms, may not use it to train their models.

No. We do not sell your personal information or your writing to third parties. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.
